RETURNS

  • CP Shades will accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective full-price merchandise for a store credit or exchange within ten (10) days of the original purchase.
  • CP Shades does not give refunds.
  • All merchandise must have hangtags attached.
  • Final Sale: Final sale items may not be returned or exchanged. All sale items are considered final sale.
  • We will gladly honor a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within seven (7) days of the date received. Sale items are not eligible for price adjustments
  • Damaged or incorrect merchandise must be reported to CP Shades within seven (7) days of purchase.
  • Online purchases may be returned or exchanged at any CP Shades boutique.
  • Shipping and handling is not refundable.
  • Returns are not necessarily processed on the same day they are received. Your refund will be issued within 7 – 10 business days. You will be notified via email to the address associated with your order when this transaction has been completed. Please note that for credit card refunds, your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.

First obtain a return authorization (RA) number (see under “how do I obtain a return authorization below) and then address package to:

HOW DO I OBTAIN A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA)?

  • If you have an existing account with CP Shades, please log in and locate the appropriate order under Past Orders. If you do not have an account, please contact customer service at 310.450.5124
  • Click Create Return. Select the item (s) and reason for the return and click Create.
  • Once approved, your authorization number will be emailed to you within 1 business day of your request.

We recommend sending your package to us via a traceable carrier and retaining any tracking information. CP Shades only accepts responsibility for packages shipped from CP Shades boutiques.

We do not accept C.O.D. packages.

ABOUT CP SHADES GARMENTS

  • CP Shades garments are hand made using natural materials.
  • CP Shades garments have been subjected to a dyeing treatment. Any imperfections are the result of this specific treatment and should not be considered defects but rather characteristics of the individual garment.
  • Variation in color is to be expected. Images online may vary depending on the resolution of your monitor.
  • Slub or irregularity in the fabric is totally normal.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders are shipped and delivered via FedEx on business days (Monday – Friday).

  • CP Shades can only ship within the Continental US, Hawaii and Alaska. Unfortunately at this time, we are not able to ship to the US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico or Guam. We are unable to ship to PO Box or. We do not ship internationally.
  • Orders are not shipped the same day they are placed. Please allow 3 – 4 business days for an order to be processed before it is shipped. The service days below are in addition to processing time. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or national holidays
