We do our best to ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving them (excluding weekends and holidays).

Please note, if we're running any sales, processing times may increase.

Make sure that your order is shipping to a secure location, as once package has been delivered to the correct location we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Q: Can I edit or modify my order once it has been submitted?

A: Once an order has been placed it is sent directly to our shipping team. We cannot add or remove items, change sizes, colors etc.

Q: What does color “wash" means?

A: “Wash” is the fabric in it’s original state…just washed and dried on a medium high heat…No coloring added.

Q: How do I care for my CP Shades garments?

A: CP Shades garments are meant to be worn over and over again.  They are garment dyed which means they are all pre-shrunk.  CP Shades recommends machine washing separately with like colors in cool water. Tumble dry low.  Do not iron.

Q: Do you have a size chart?

Q: What is your Online Return Policy?

A: We accept returns within 10 days of the delivery date of unused and undamaged items. Click here for our full return policy.

CP Shades does not pay for return shipping.  We strongly encourage shipping returned items with traceable tracking.  

All merchandise must be returned in its original form. Once items are received and checked in, a refund will be issued. Refunds could take up to 10 days to process. We do not refund any shipping costs.

Q: Can I return my online purchase to a CP Shades Retail Store?

A: Yes, full price product may be returned to one of our brick & mortar locations; however, we will only offer Store Credit or Exchange. 

Items marked SALE or FINAL SALE cannot be returned at any time for any reason.

Q: Can I exchange something online?
A: We do not offer the ability to make exchanges online. Please place a new order for the style you are interested in. 

Q: I received a gift, can I exchange online?
A: Please contact customer service or a CP Shades boutique directly for assistance.

Price adjustments do not apply to the following: items purchased with a promotional discount, items purchased at full-price that then go on a temporary promotion (i.e. Flash Sale, Sale on Sale, etc.) or items purchased from the SALE category. 


Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes?
A: No, FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes.

Q: Do you ship Internationally?
A: Yes, please contact one of our Retail Stores to place an order. We do not accept online International orders at this time, but we're working on it!

Q: When will I know my order has shipped?
A: You will receive a notification via the email you provided.

Q: Which forms of payment do you accept?
A: Credit Card, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay

Q: Can I use a CP Shades Gift Certificates or Store Credit online?
A: CP Shades Gift certificates and store credits issued in store can only be redeemed in our retail locations in person. They cannot be redeemed online. Gift carts purchased online can be redeemed online and in our stores.
