US Orders only- international orders are not eligible for return or exchange

Easy Returns

We accept US returns and exchanges of unworn full priced items within 10 days of delivery. Simply go to our returns portal— you will receive your return label immediately. No back-and-forth!

Instant Exchanges

That's right— if you would like to switch your item for another size, color, or product, we will ship it out right away (before you even ship your first order back!) Simply proceed through our returns portal.

Instant Credit

While you're waiting for a return to be processed, you'll receive an instant credit in the amount of your return to use on CP Shades. Once the return is fully processed, you'll receive a refund to your original method of payment for the amount of unused credit.

Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges of US orders submitted through our returns portal within 10 days of delivery. Merchandise must be shipped back to us within 14 days of receiving your return shipping label. All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Costs

Returns are subject to a $12 flat fee for return shipping. Original shipping costs cannot be refunded. We do not charge a "restocking fee."

Process

When you submit your return request, you will have the opportunity to immediately exchange your item for a different size, color, or product (price differences will either be refunded or charged.) If you opt not to exchange your item, you will receive an "instant credit" in the amount of your return. This credit can be used to purchase from CP Shades while your return is being processed. Once your return is processed, the instant credit will expire and you will receive a refund to your original method of payment for any unused credit.

Reasons for Rejected Return

We cannot accept returns of items that are not in new condition. This includes items that come back with perfume, pet hair, or stains. All returns / exchanges will go through a quality check inspection to make sure that the items are in unworn condition. Returns delivered outside of our time window will be automatically rejected through our returns software. We cannot accept international returns.
