Returns & Exchanges

US Orders only- international orders are not eligible for return or exchange.


We accept US returns and exchanges of unworn full priced items within 10 days of delivery. Go to our Returns & Exchange page


If you would like to switch your item for another size, color, or product, contact us via Returns & Exchanges. One exchange allowed per item in each return.


To initiate a return/exchange, please fill out our online return/exchange request form. We will be in touch within 3 business days to help process your request.


We accept returns and exchanges of US orders submitted through our returns portal within 10 days of delivery. Merchandise must be shipped back to us within 14 days of receiving your return shipping label. All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. International orders are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return/exchange.


Returns are subject to a $12 flat fee for return shipping. Original shipping costs cannot be refunded. We do not charge a "restocking fee."

Reasons for Rejected Return

We cannot accept returns of items that are not in new condition. This includes items that come back with perfume, pet hair, or stains. All returns / exchanges will go through a quality check inspection to make sure that the items are in unworn condition. Returns delivered outside of our time window will be automatically rejected through our returns software. We cannot accept international returns.
