Return and Exchange Policy

What items are returnable? 
  • Product purchased at full price.

  • Unwashed, unworn and free of perfume, smoke, pet hair or debris with the original tags attached.

  • We accept returns within 10 days of the delivery date.

  • All items must be returned within 10 days of receiving your return authorization number. If they are not returned within this window, all sales will be considered final.

  • Please note- All returns must be processed through our return portal.

How do I make a return?

Submit your return through our returns center. 
Click here to start your return or exchange and follow the below directions:
  • Enter your order number and email to start your return or exchange. 
  • Please note that a $12 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for all returns. We do not charge any fees for exchanges.
  • If items are not returned within 14 days of receiving your return label, all sales will be considered final.
  • Upon delivery of returned merchandise, we reserve the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return requirements.
  • We only accept returns from purchases made on cpshades.com and cannot accept returns on any item purchase through other retailers. 

Can I return my online purchase to a CP Shades Retail Store?


Yes, full price product may be returned to one of our stores with proof of purchase within 10 days of delivery of your order. We can facilitate a refund or exchange. We do not refund any initial shipping costs. Items purchased on SALE or FINAL SALE cannot be returned at any time for any reason.

The item I received is damaged!


If the purchased product has a manufacturer defect, reach out to us within 10 days of the delivered date so we can assist you further. Contact us here.

Price adjustments

We offer price adjustments on items purchased at full price that go on sale within 10 days of purchase. We do not offer price adjustments for items purchased on sale that go on further markdown.

What items are not returnable? 

  • Items marked SALE or FINAL SALE cannot be returned at any time for any reason.

  • Items that have been worn, laundered, or anything that we render different than its original form.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item(s) is received, a refund will be issued. It may take up to 10 business days for your return to your payment account. We refund you back to your original method of payment. We do not refund any shipping costs.

Can I exchange something I have purchased online?

We offer the ability to make free exchanges online. Please follow the steps in the return portal.
