We offer free domestic shipping on all orders over $250
We do our best to ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving them (excluding weekends and holidays).
Please note, if we're running any sales, processing times may increase.
Make sure that your order is shipping to a secure location, as once package has been delivered to the correct location we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Q: Can I edit or modify my order once it has been submitted?
A: Once an order has been placed it is sent directly to our shipping team. We cannot add or remove items, change sizes, colors etc.

Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes?
A: No, FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes.
Q: Do you ship Internationally?
A: Yes, please contact one of our Retail Stores to place an order. We do not accept online International orders at this time, but we're working on it!
Q:Do you ship to the US Territories?
A: Yes, but as we use FedEx to ship, they consider Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Gaum, and Northern Mariana Islands to be an international service. Please contact us directly to place an order so we can provide you with a quote on the additional cost to ship.
Q: When will I know my order has shipped?
A: You will receive a notification via the email you provided.
Q: Which forms of payment do you accept?
A: Credit Card, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay
Q: How do I check my order status
A: We provide you with up to date notifications to your email when your package leaves our warehouse. You may also track your order with the Fed Ex tracking number we send you once your order ships.
Q: Can I use a CP Shades Gift Certificates or Store Credit online?
A: CP Shades Gift certificates and store credits issued in store can only be redeemed in our retail locations in person. They cannot be redeemed online. Gift carts purchased online can be redeemed online and in our stores.
