We do our best to ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving them (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing times may increase during times of sale.
Make sure that your order is shipping to a secure location, as once package has been delivered to the correct location, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Once an order has been placed it is sent directly to our shipping team. We cannot add or remove items, change sizes, colors etc.
All of our products are cut, sewn and garment dyed or garment washed by hand. Variations between sizing and colors occur due to the hand crafted nature of our garments. All garments are preshrunk during this process. We try our best to represent colors online, but please note colors on screens may vary.

We ship using FedEx to physical addresses only. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
As we use FedEx they consider Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Gaum, and Northern Mariana Islands to be an international service.
Please contact us directly to place an order so we can provide you with a quote on the additional cost to ship. Once your order has shipped you will receive a notification via the email you provided.
All packages with an order value of $600 or more will require signature for delivery. If you would like your package delivered without signature, please contact us ASAP.
We accept Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
CP Shades Gift certificates and store credits issued in store can only be redeemed in our retail locations in person. They cannot be redeemed online.
Gift carts purchased online can be redeemed online and in our stores
CP Shades garments are meant to be worn over and over again.
They are garment dyed which means they are all pre-shrunk.
CP Shades recommends machine washing separately with like colors in cool water.
Tumble dry low. Do not iron.
We get it... sometimes it just doesn't work out.
We accept returns within 10 days of the delivery date of unused and undamaged items. Click here for our full return policy. All merchandise must be returned in its original form. Refunds will be issued in the same form as purchase.
How do I make a return?
Submit your return through our returns center. We do not accept unapproved returns.

Select the items you want to return.
Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping instructions.
PLEASE NOTE : Once approved you will receive an RMA number within 24 hours Monday-Friday.
Please clearly write this on the OUTSIDE of your package you will be sending back to us. We are unable to accept any packages that to do not have an RMA number clearly listed on the OUTSIDE of your package.
We will send you a return label to your email address. $12 shipping + handling fee will be deducted from all returns processed via our returns portal. Original shipping and handling fees are non refundable.
Please return item(s) within 14 days of receiving your RMA number.
If items are not returned within 14 days of receiving RMA number, all sales will be considered final.
Upon delivery of refunded merchandise, we reserve the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return requirements.
We only accept returns from purchases made on cpshades.com and cannot accept returns on any item purchase through other retailers.
Can I exchange something online?
At this time we do not offer exchanges. Please place a new order for the style you are interested in.
Can I return my online purchase to a CP Shades Retail Store?
Yes, full price product may be returned to one of our stores with proof of purchase within 10 days of delivery of your order. We can facilitate a refund or exchange. We do not refund any initial shipping costs. Items purchased on SALE or FINAL SALE cannot be returned at any time for any reason.
The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product is a manufacturer defect, reach out to us within 10 days of the delivered date so we can assist you further. Email email@example.com
