- Full priced gifts purchased starting November 22, 2024 can be returned for store credit or exchange through January 2, 2025.
- Items purchased on Sale marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
Returns & Exchanges
WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE
- Product purchased at full price.
- Items must be unwashed, unworn and free of perfume, smoke, pet hair or debris.
- We accept returns within 10 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be dropped off with the shipping carrier within 14 days of initiating your return. If they are not returned within this window, the return shipping label will be invalidated and we will not be able to accept a return.
- All returns must be processed through our return portal.

WHAT ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE
- Items marked SALE or FINAL SALE cannot be returned at any time for any reason.
- Items that have been worn, laundered, or anything with evidence of perfume, smoke, pet hair or debris will not be accepted.
- International orders considered final sale and are NOT eligible for return/exchange.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN
Submit your return through our returns center.
Click here to start your return or exchange and follow the below directions:
- Enter your order number and email to start your return or exchange.
- Please note that a $12 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for all returns. We do not charge any fees for exchanges or for returns for store credit/instant credit.
- Attach the return label provided to your package. If possible, use the original packaging from your order.
- Drop off items within 14 days of initiating a return/exchange to your nearest shipping carrier location.
- We issue a refund to original payment method upon delivery of the returned merchandise. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return requirements. Instant credit and exchanges are available immediately upon approval.
- We only accept returns from purchases made on cpshades.com and cannot accept returns on any item purchase through other retailers.
HOW DO I MAKE AN EXCHANGE
- We offer the ability to make free exchanges online. Please follow the steps in the return portal.
CAN I RETURN MY ONLINE PURCHASE TO A CP SHADES RETAIL STORE?
- Yes, full priced product may be returned to one of our stores with proof of purchase within 10 days of delivery of your order. We can facilitate a refund or exchange. We do not refund any initial shipping costs.
- Items purchased on SALE or FINAL SALE cannot be returned at any time for any reason.
THE ITEM I RECIEVED IS DAMAGED!
- If the purchased product has a manufacturer defect, reach out to us within 10 days of the date of delivery so we can assist you further. Contact us here.
I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
Price adjustments do not apply to the following:
- items purchased more than 10 days prior
- items purchased with a promotional discount
- items purchased at full-price that then go on a temporary promotion (i.e. Flash Sale)
- items purchased on SALE that are further marked down
