We do our best to ship all orders within 48 business hours of receiving them (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing times may increase during times of sale.
Please make sure that your order is shipping to a secure location. Once package has been delivered to the correct location, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Once an order has been placed it is sent directly to our shipping team. We cannot add or remove items, change sizes, colors etc.
All of our products are cut and sewn by hand and garment dyed or garment washed. Variations between sizing and colors occur due to the hand crafted nature of our garments. All garments are preshrunk during this process. We try our best to represent colors online, but please note colors on screens may vary.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERING
Applicable taxes and duties will be calculated at checkout - they are not included in our shipping costs.
All international orders are considered final sale, not eligible for return or exchange.
As we use UPS they consider Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Gaum, and Northern Mariana Islands to be an international service.
SHIPPING
Free UPS shipping on all domestic orders over $350.
All packages with an order value of $500 or more will require signature for delivery. If you would like your package delivered without signature, please contact us before placing your order.
We use UPS SurePost to deliver to PO Boxes, however please note that shipping to a PO Box may result in longer delivery times.

We accept Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Gift cards purchased online can be redeemed online and in our stores.
