ORDERING
We do our best to ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving them (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing times may increase during times of sale.
Please make sure that your order is shipping to a secure location. Once package has been delivered to the correct location, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Once an order has been placed it is sent directly to our shipping team. We cannot add or remove items, change sizes, colors etc.
All of our products are cut, sewn and garment dyed or garment washed by hand. Variations between sizing and colors occur due to the hand crafted nature of our garments. All garments are preshrunk during this process. We try our best to represent colors online, but please note colors on screens may vary.

Free shipping on all domestic orders over $350.
We ship using FedEx to physical addresses only. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
As we use FedEx they consider Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Gaum, and Northern Mariana Islands to be an international service.
Please contact us directly to place an order so we can provide you with a quote on the additional cost to ship. Once your order has shipped you will receive a notification via the email you provided.
All packages with an order value of $500 or more will require signature for delivery. If you would like your package delivered without signature, please contact us before placing your order.
We accept Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Gift cards purchased online can be redeemed online and in our stores.
CP Shades garments are meant to be worn over and over again.
They are garment dyed and or pre-washed, which means they are all pre-shrunk. CP Shades recommends machine washing separately with like colors in cool water. Tumble dry low.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of the delivery date for unused and undamaged items. Click here for our full return policy. Once your return is processed, you can choose to be refunded to your original payment or store credit.
Items purchased on SALE or FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged at any time for any reason.
How do I make a return?
Submit your return through our returns center.

- Enter your order number and email to start your return or exchange.
- Please note that the $12 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for all returns. We provide free shipping for exchanges.
- If items are not returned within 14 days of receiving your return label, all sales will be considered final.
- Upon delivery of returned merchandise, we reserve the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return requirements.
- We only accept returns from purchases made on cpshades.com and cannot accept returns on any item purchased through other retailers.
Can I return my online purchase to a CP Shades Retail Store?
Yes, full price product may be returned to one of our stores with proof of purchase within 10 days of delivery of your order. We can facilitate a refund or exchange. We do not refund any initial shipping costs. Items purchased on SALE or FINAL SALE cannot be returned at any time for any reason.
The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product has a manufacturer defect, reach out to us within 10 days of the delivered date so we can assist you further. Contact us here.
Price adjustments
Price adjustments do not apply to the following: items purchased more than 10 days prior, items purchased with a promotional discount, items purchased at full-price that then go on a temporary promotion (i.e. Flash Sale, Sale on Sale, etc.) or items purchased on SALE.
